Official registration is free and requires no payment. However, you may need a certain amount of money for personal needs or accommodation. During the application process, candidates for military service under contract independently choose and pay for accommodation in a hotel or hostel. In case of urgent need, we can provide all the necessary accommodation and meals.
We do not issue visas or any other type of document that can be used to travel to the European Union (EU). Since you will need to travel to Ukraine by land, it is your responsibility to have legal permission to enter one of the neighboring countries: Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Moldova.
Once there, and if you have been accepted into one of our units, crossing the border into Ukraine should be a straightforward process.
